PROPOSAL: Following your inquiry, I would love to connect with you on the phone to learn a little more about your wedding vision. Next I will create a proposal which will include two pricing options and an initial design direction.
CONTRACT: Should you decide that I am the right fit for you, I will send you a contract, an invoice for 50% of the initial estimate, and a projected timeline.
DESIGN: I would love to meet you in person at my San Francisco studio for a design meeting. At our meeting, I will provide you with a sampling of sourced materials and a refined design direction based on your feedback from my initial proposal. If you are unable to meet in person, I am happy to send you the samples by mail and set up a meeting electronically.
SECOND PROOF: I will follow up our meeting with a second digital proof outlining all of the elements of your project in full detail.
FINAL PROOF: Next, I will create the final proof. Once this has been accepted, I will send you an updated project contract, timeline and an invoice for the remaining balance of the project. (Please note that If additional revisions are required, this will be at an additional cost).
PRODUCTION: The timeline for production is 4-8 weeks. Custom illustration will usually extend the timeline by up to 2-4 weeks.
- ASSEMBLY: My services can include coordination with the calligrapher, final suite assembly and shipping.
