Design and Concierge Services
Consider me your design concierge. My job is not only to design for you but it is also to take on all of the logistical ins and outs of production. All you should have to do is provide me with feedback and your guest addresses.
What you can expect when working with me:
One on one attention: I take on a limited number of clients so that I can offer the highest level of customer services. An in-person design consultation is included in my design/concierge service and I am always available by phone during my business hours. My goal is for you to feel like you are my only client.
Branding design My approach is similar to how I would create a brand identity for a business. I will create a design board with inspiration images, textures/materials, color palette, type, and monogram design. This board will be a reference guide for everything I create for your wedding. (See below for an example of a finalized design board)
Materials design Based on your design board, I will source materials and provide you with samples.
Revisions I offer up to three rounds of revisions
Production I coordinate with the calligrapher (or printer) to ensure that envelopes are addressed properly. (This means triple checking before and after I send addresses to the printer, and double checking the proof ). I also take care of all final assembly (stuffing, stamping and sealing). All RSVP cards are discretely numbered so they correspond to your master guest list in case your guest forgets to write there name (it does happen on occasion!). All day of paper goods are organized by seating arrangement or in alphabetical order, whichever is appropriate. Again, I really make it my mission to ensure that your job is as easy and seamless as possible.
Mailing I hand deliver everything to the post office and hand cancel them to ensure that the envelopes are in the most pristine shape as possible when they are delivered to your guests.
I view my design/concierge service as separate from the materials and production services that go into creating your paper goods. As such, I bill for these separately as well.
I will provide you with a design/concierge quote based on the scope of your project. This fee usually encompasses all project phases, from save the dates, to invitation suites, to day-of-stationery goods and ranges from $2400-$6000.
Along with your design/concierge fee, I will give you an idea of what the cost of materials and production could look like. However, until the design is complete, I will only be able to provide a range. For example, your initial quote could look something like this:
Your design/concierge fee is $3400 for save the dates, invitation suite, day-of paper goods.
Your Save the Dates could be between $1000- $1500 and would include x, y and z
Your invitation suite could be between $2000-$3000 and would include x, y and z
